Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
  • •Coordinate with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor for service and warranty projects.
  • •Train and develop Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians, including onboarding new team members.
  • •Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
  • •Exceed field performance KPI goals (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatches) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.01 - 44.01 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of previous field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
  • •Valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent) per local/state requirements, e.g., wireman license.
  • •High School diploma is required.
  • •Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards, including ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter.
  • •Strong customer service, communication, organizational/time management, and solid troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
