Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business growth by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across MCE clients.
•Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to position Aon’s solutions effectively.
•Partner with Client Leaders and Sales teams to generate and progress a high-quality pipeline.
•Contribute to target client and prospect strategies to support sustained future growth.
•Leverage market insight, client needs and Aon capabilities to win and expand business.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence collaborators across a complex, matrixed organisation.
•Demonstrated sales leadership and business development capability, with a track record of driving growth and delivering against targets.
•Strong commercial competence, with excellent negotiation skills and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
•Deep knowledge of the UK Commercial Risk market, supported by an established professional network.
•Experience leading, coaching or mentoring colleagues, contributing to high-performing, collaborative team environments.
