Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HSE engineering activities for offshore platform activities including engineering, construction, demolition, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE Standards, CoPs, PTW guidelines and ADNOC Codes of Practice
  • •Establish, implement and monitor the Project HSE Plan, bridging documents, SIMOPS plans and risk management frameworks for brownfield offshore execution
  • •Coordinate HSE workshops during design including HAZID/HAZOP, PHSER, SIMOPS Review, Constructability Review and TRA workshops
  • •Oversee offshore HSE during demolition, construction and commissioning including LOTO, hazardous area compliance, and PPE/audits
  • •Lead incident and near-miss investigations with RCA, ensure CAPA implementation and ADNOC-compliant reporting of HSE KPIs

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Safety / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
  • •ADNOC Offshore approval or eligibility is mandatory
  • •NEBOSH IGC / International Diploma (preferred)
  • •Functional Safety (SIL) and Hazard Study training required
  • •Membership in a recognized professional HSE body (advantage)
