Key Responsibilities

•Deliver assigned projects and workstreams across the project lifecycle under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
•Maintain project programs, milestones, and action logs; track progress against baseline and flag slippage early.
•Coordinate day-to-day across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams to chase deliverables and close open items.
•Manage the RFI, submittal, and approval cycle, enforcing agreed turnaround times and reviewing consultant/contractor deliverables against scope and brand standards.
•Maintain documentation under version control in the CDE; support risk/change identification, log variations, and drive handover close-out with as-built and FM documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built-environment discipline; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
•6–10 years of project management experience on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
•Experience across design-through-delivery project management for a real estate developer, consultancy, or tier-one contracting/consulting firm.
•Delivery support on at least 2–3 real estate projects spanning ground-up, conversion, and/or fit-out types.
•Strong coordination and documentation skills, including familiarity with FIDIC/AIA contract principles.
