Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned projects and workstreams across the project lifecycle under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • •Maintain project programs, milestones, and action logs; track progress against baseline and flag slippage early.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams to chase deliverables and close open items.
  • •Manage the RFI, submittal, and approval cycle, enforcing agreed turnaround times and reviewing consultant/contractor deliverables against scope and brand standards.
  • •Maintain documentation under version control in the CDE; support risk/change identification, log variations, and drive handover close-out with as-built and FM documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built-environment discipline; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • •6–10 years of project management experience on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
  • •Experience across design-through-delivery project management for a real estate developer, consultancy, or tier-one contracting/consulting firm.
  • •Delivery support on at least 2–3 real estate projects spanning ground-up, conversion, and/or fit-out types.
  • •Strong coordination and documentation skills, including familiarity with FIDIC/AIA contract principles.
