Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize new weekly shipments; ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and stocked.
  • •Maintain operational standards through coaching training and accountability across sales floor and backroom.
  • •Manage an organized stockroom and arrange footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
  • •Assist with regular inventory counts and stock audits to keep records accurate and reduce discrepancies.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotions/loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; previous store leadership roles are preferred.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance.
