Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver the accessibility roadmap across the Qantas Group.
  • •Lead initiatives to improve accessibility outcomes for customers while supporting implementation of the Aviation Disability Standards.
  • •Influence strategic decisions and embed inclusive design into broader transformation programs across key functions.
  • •Partner with customers, advocacy groups, and government stakeholders to shape future accessibility priorities.
  • •Translate customer insights into meaningful accessibility improvements and present recommendations, business cases, and proposals to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in product ownership, program delivery, project leadership, or continuous improvement in complex organisations.
  • •Experience in accessibility, disability, allied health, public health, or related environments with a strong understanding of accessibility needs and outcomes.
  • •Proven success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead projects from strategy through to implementation, governance, and benefits realisation.
