Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic and operational performance of the global quality function for Intelligent Labels, including developing and evaluating quality programs across the value chain.
  • •Provide strategic and operational support to customers and suppliers to improve quality excellence and experience.
  • •Lead, mentor, and scale a global, multicultural quality organization; drive preventive and predictive actions with internal functions and external partners.
  • •Serve as a customer quality advocate by managing customer complaint resolution and cooperating with customer audits to enact continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
  • •Implement world-class quality practices across the supply base and partner with manufacturing sites to meet internal and 3rd-party audit quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of end-to-end quality management experience in a supply chain or operations-focused organization (preferably director of global quality).
  • •Strong functional and technical knowledge and experience in RFID quality engineering.
  • •Expertise in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management, including DOE (Design of Experiments) and 8D problem solving.
  • •Knowledge of quality assurance standards, procedures, and certification systems.
  • •Experience leading quality performance across multiple manufacturing sites, including via direct reporting or matrix organization.
