Lead the Intelligent Labels global quality team and quality systems across the end-to-end value chain, from raw materials to customer deployment, with a focus on RFID technology performance. Own strategic and operational quality performance, drive preventive and predictive actions, and scale a global, multicultural organization. Partner with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites to resolve complaints, support audits, and implement world-class quality practices that improve reliability and customer experience.
