Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
•Administer and support Windows Server internals and/or Linux fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication methods.
•Troubleshoot technical problems of moderate to high scope and complexity, including integration of hardware and operating systems.
•Obtain required Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140/8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within a reasonable amount of time.
•Work as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment supporting IT infrastructure needs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.

•Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
•Experience with Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
•Must be able to obtain DoD 8140/8570 certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within a reasonable amount of time.
