Project Controls Analyst III

Develop and maintain cost control and planning/scheduling functions for complex projects, working with company financial systems to produce required cost data and baseline budgets. Analyze progress trends, cost impact, contractor invoices, and earned value methodology results, while tracking manpower, labor hours/costs, purchase orders, and subcontract commitments. Support project reporting, participate in cost review meetings, and contribute to procedure development.
