Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve strategy and product designs for AI-ready data products and AI assets in priority domains, translating business value and customer needs into iterative delivery plans.
  • •Operationalize governance and responsible AI standards for AI products, tools, agents, and orchestration aligned to risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and enterprise AI principles.
  • •Create and maintain product roadmaps; lead delivery from inception to maturity with milestones, KPIs, and value realization, while owning and prioritizing feature backlogs.
  • •Lead AI readiness assessments across data quality, metadata completeness, lineage, access controls, model suitability, human-in-the-loop requirements, and operational adoption readiness.
  • •Define quality and assurance criteria for AI solutions (performance, accuracy, reliability, explainability, bias/fairness, privacy, security, auditability) and ensure monitoring and lifecycle governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience governing data products and/or AI-enabled products across the lifecycle, translating business priorities into practical standards, controls, and adoption pathways.
  • •Ability to manage cross-functional product development and deployment processes in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • •Solid product and/or project management experience, including budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • •Understanding of AI product governance, including responsible AI, AI risk management, model/prompt evaluation, human oversight, explainability, monitoring, and lifecycle documentation.
  • •Deep familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL, data modeling, data lakes/databases, reference data, and master data.
