Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end large-scale project design activities, including conceptual design and design development.
  • •Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required and perform advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets.
  • •Facilitate, communicate, and provide technical coordination with client-side teams and design consultants.
  • •Perform architectural/engineering calculations and prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables.
  • •Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups and coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of experience in architectural projects; Singapore, Australia, Middle East, US, or UK experience is desirable but not essential.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Railway/Transport projects.
  • •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects (preferred).
  • •Registered with the Board of Architects is an advantage.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills; able to speak and write English fluently.
