Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead core FP&A activities including rolling forecasts, management reporting, monthly business reviews, and closing while delivering forward-looking variance analysis.
  • •Drive the five-year long-range plan and strategic planning cycle, translating operational and financial data into insights for senior management and Board presentations.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to business and operations leaders, constructively challenging decisions and driving initiatives aligned with growth strategy.
  • •Execute financial controlling activities, maintain compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and RTX/P&W policies, and support internal controls, risk management, and internal/external audits.
  • •Lead projects for operational excellence, cost reduction, margin improvement, transformation, and automated reporting to enable real-time and predictive insights.

Key Requirements
