Job Summary

Support Americas Private Equity portfolio monitoring by maintaining and analyzing Portfolio Company financial data with a unified source of truth across onboarding, operational monitoring, and exit analysis. Manage recurring data collection, ensure data quality, and develop data products using SQL, transformations, and lightweight automation. Produce quarterly performance reporting and actionable analytics for deal teams and senior leadership, while operating the Chronograph platform and delivering LP reports and due diligence support.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and analyze Americas Private Equity Portfolio Company financial data to ensure end-to-end data integrity across onboarding, operational monitoring, and exit analysis.
•Manage recurring financial data collection to keep data clean and operational processes high quality and repeatable.
•Develop and maintain data products, including complex SQL and data transformation logic, plus lightweight software/automation for financial analysis and workflows.
•Produce quarterly performance reporting and analytics across strategies to synthesize financial and operational data into actionable insights.
•Monitor data quality controls and remediate data issues through corrective maintenance, while operating the Chronograph internal data platform within the region.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline; Master’s preferred.
•4-6 years of experience in a data-intensive role in financial services, private equity, asset management, or comparable institutional environment.
•Intermediate SQL skills, including joins, unions, and views.
•Familiarity with Python (or similar programming language).
•Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
