Job Summary

We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Core Analytics team. You’ll own end-to-end delivery for data-powered analytics features, mentor engineers, optimize performance and scaling, and collaborate with product managers and designers. You’ll work with a full-stack slate (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python) on robust backend systems and high-throughput data ingestion in a hybrid SF-based environment.

•Turn novel ideas from Product Management and Design into engineering solutions and drive end-to-end delivery of projects.
•Own the end-to-end delivery of projects to drive business impact, from conception to deployment.
•Lead performance optimization and scaling efforts to ensure a fast, reliable analytics platform.
•Mentor and contribute to the success of other engineers on the team and foster technical leadership.
•Collaborate across teams to synthesize customer input and architectural knowledge for outsized engineering impact.

•Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Redux, AWS
