Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and review 3PL warehousing and transportation contracts to drive on-time delivery at the most competitive logistics cost; run RFQ/RFP for new 3PLs if requirements aren’t met.
  • •Execute inventory control to ensure On-Time Factory Out, FIFO, and prevent surplus and shortage to fulfill customer delivery requirements.
  • •Lead transportation and container yard management to meet capacity needs, maintain container yard inventory accuracy, and inspect containers for quality delivery.
  • •Provide safe, efficient warehouse management including employee and equipment management, loading procedures, and handling HR issues.
  • •Manage direct shipment to customers by ensuring SEHA supplies 60%+ directly and coordinating with internal teams to maximize confirmed direct shipment orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • •No experience required (1 year experience in SCM operations or manufacturing experience preferred).
  • •Thorough understanding of logistics process, inventory management, and transportation/logistics.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • •High proficiency in Excel; technical experience with SAP is preferred.
