Lead a team of specialised employment lawyers in Spain, overseeing HR operations at Yellow Park, and provide strategic legal advice to Glovo’s operations and product teams. Manage litigation and investigations, anticipate risks with management, engage with Works Councils/Unions, and maintain strong executive relationships while reporting to the parent entity.
