Coordinate the full 3PL lifecycle—onboarding, performance management, and offboarding—ensuring compliance with process, master agreements, and KPI/SLA requirements. Partner with 3PLs to align rider onboarding with supply forecasts and adjust when plans deviate. Run and analyze monthly 3PL performance reporting, execute improvement actions, and manage escalations in line with SLA processes. Collaborate with supply and finance teams to support smooth logistics and timely invoice payments.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the full 3PL lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, offboarding) while ensuring compliance with established processes.
•Maintain clear communication with 3PLs through business reviews and on-site visits to ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
•Track rider onboarding with 3PLs and align it with rider supply forecast, course-correct when offtrack.
•Run and analyze monthly 3PL performance reports and execute actions to elevate performance.
•Collaborate with supply and finance teams to support rider supply forecast models and ensure timely payment of 3PL invoices; manage escalations based on agreed SLA processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics operations, 3PL/partner management, or supply chain roles.
•Experience working with external partners, vendors, or contractors in a structured accountability framework.
•Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment such as food delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics.
•Proficiency in data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
