Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex diaries for three Finance VPs, coordinating meetings across internal and external stakeholders while prioritising changing needs.
  • •Act as a trusted first point of contact, handling queries, requests, and day-to-day matters for supported executives.
  • •Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, video conferencing/IT requirements, catering, agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking.
  • •Manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, itineraries) and associated logistics.
  • •Prepare and coordinate finance leadership meeting materials, and support finance leadership with ad hoc administrative analysis, reporting, projects, and coordination as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support role, ideally supporting multiple senior executives.
  • •Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise amid changing needs.
  • •Highly proactive, able to work autonomously and anticipate requirements without close supervision.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, proofreading, and presentation support.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), plus experience managing complex international travel.
