Partner with client executives to shape strategy, design future-state capabilities (AI-enabled forecasting, digital twins, S&OP), and manage cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in reliability, efficiency, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation efforts for multiple industries (Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial, Energy/Utilities) across sourcing, planning, logistics and S&OP.
•Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps and business cases, aligning client objectives with measurable financial impact.
•Mentor and develop project teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations.
•Build executive relationships, influence senior leaders, and lead business development to secure new and existing client engagements.
•Oversee execution across people, processes, data, and technology to realize sustained results in client operations.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 240,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, operations, or large-scale transformation roles with demonstrated impact across strategy and execution.
•Prior experience in a consulting firm or equivalent internal consulting/transformation role, operating at the Senior Manager or Director level.
•Demonstrated business development experience, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and execution across complex operating environments.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
