Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product strategy for USMC Command and Control and Information programs by setting priorities based on operational impact, technical feasibility, and customer requirements.
  • •Engage with USMC stakeholders and the acquisition community to identify opportunities, shape requirements, and position capabilities to solve high-priority challenges.
  • •Coordinate across teams and business lines to ensure unified product development and shared capability delivery across the Department of War.
  • •Translate operational concepts and doctrine into actionable technical requirements and work with engineering teams to architect solutions that fit USMC workflows.
  • •Develop training materials, operational playbooks, and user documentation to enable rapid adoption and effective employment of capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in defense program management.
  • •12–15+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in defense or national security contexts.
  • •Strong understanding of Marine Corps Command and Control systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
  • •Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.
