Production Operator (Day Crew)

Operate and maintain equipment in the finishing area of a solar module manufacturing plant, following safety procedures and written work instructions. Perform preventative maintenance, respond to machine alarms, run basic quality control, and monitor process data to keep throughput and process control on target. Ensure correct material inventory at point of use, load/unload photovoltaic modules, escalate non-standard conditions, and provide shift-change reporting via written/oral/computer systems.
