Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts.
  • •Resolve client issues, communicate steps to resolve requests, and coordinate required information for service changes or transactions.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of governing documents/account agreements and ensure appropriate documentation is collected and imaged.
  • •Oversee execution and follow-up of servicing action plans for client servicing events, including account set-up/status updates and document requests.
  • •Engage trust advisors and related teams on account acceptance, discretionary request analysis, compliance management, annual account review, and client presentations; mentor junior employees and may supervise daily operational activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years’ experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials (preferred).
  • •A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience (preferred).

  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services/products.
