Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives on an assigned book of business, managing day-to-day service processes and outputs.
  • •Run point on each client’s renewal cycle and support a positive, productive client experience.
  • •Facilitate timely information flow between clients and account teams; handle client open items and ad-hoc requests.
  • •Gather and analyze data to draft assigned elements of stewardship reports and presentations; manage quote comparisons and binder/policy/endorsement activities.
  • •Coordinate client billing and client service requests, including certificates, invoices, workers’ compensation posting notices, and follow up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of insurance experience, preferably in an account management role.
