Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and ensure production test flow.
  • •Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems and work instructions to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
  • •Determine root cause of product failures, recommend corrective actions (RCCA), and collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing engineering on failure analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Familiarity with Linux (including Ubuntu) and Python, plus NixOS.
  • •Hands-on experience with electronics test equipment (power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition/sensors).
