Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead key customer engagements in the Swiss insurance market from discovery through roadmap design and adoption.
  • •Define future-state business capabilities, target architecture, AI adoption path, and phased transformation roadmap for Autonomous Enterprise.
  • •Design and position SAP Business AI platform and agentic AI use cases (e.g., underwriting automation, claims processing, fraud detection, customer self-service).
  • •Apply Responsible AI design practices by embedding governance guardrails, auditability, and safety controls into AI architecture recommendations.
  • •Build an insurance network within SAP and the Swiss partner ecosystem and contribute to demand generation with architectural insight.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise architecture, presales, consulting, or business development with demonstrated customer-facing outcomes.
  • •In-depth knowledge of SAP solution suite with an insurance background and experience across policy management, claims, actuarial, distribution, and/or reinsurance.
  • •Ability to develop architecture and transformation roadmaps and translate executive priorities into actionable decisions.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise architecture management methodologies and tools, such as TOGAF and LeanIX.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; French and Swiss German are additional assets.
