Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs, including ROI analyses and pricing models.
  • •Partner closely with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure product designs meet customer and business requirements while being scalable and manufacturable.
  • •Define and track key performance metrics to ensure successful product outcomes and serve as a product evangelist to stakeholders.
  • •Create Product Requirements Document and artifacts that guide business and technical teams through build, delivery, and go-to-market activities.
  • •Identify and integrate emerging technologies that enhance operational capabilities and market position across optical systems

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Systems Engineering with a focus on rugged, highly performant operational sensing systems.
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development, from strategy and design to execution and commercialization.
  • •Strong technical understanding of hardware–software systems, including computer vision, AI/ML, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems.
  • •Experience working with government, defense, or aerospace customers, with familiarity in DoD procurement and acquisition processes, and eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
