  • •Own Shield AI’s university recruiting strategy end to end, including target school portfolio, annual plan, calendar, and budget
  • •Lead demand collection with business leaders and drive iHIRE approvals and requisition postings on schedule
  • •Build the campus brand through technical storytelling, faculty and career center relationships, and student organization engagement
  • •Run full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and new grad roles across software, systems, electrical, integration and test, and mechanical engineering
  • •Maintain structured, bias-reduced evaluation processes, run intern interview training and calibration, and manage offers and intern conversion to full-time
