Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow the business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Drive the renewal process by assembling the appropriate team and developing client-specific renewal strategies.
  • •Coordinate with brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies and facilitate relationships among clients, ARS, and insurers.
  • •Lead stewardship planning and delivery while ensuring overall account profitability using a value-based approach.
  • •Manage invoicing and receivables follow-up to ensure timely collections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • •Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.
  • •Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • •Critical thinking and ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • •Active Property & Casualty license; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
