Key Responsibilities

•Design and operate AI-assisted workflows using the full Cloudflare stack.
•Integrate People systems via secure API, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
•Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Security to translate operational pain into technical solutions.
•Implement robust authorization, audit logging, and error handling for high-trust data.
•Develop durable multi-step workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and recurring audits.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of software engineering experience in building full-stack systems.
•Strong engineering background (TypeScript, Python, or Go) building internal tools or platform services.
•Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and prompt evaluation.
•Expertise in system-to-system integrations, identity, and event-driven workflows.
•Exceptional judgment regarding privacy, data minimization, and operational risk.
