Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care as a Specialist, aligned with established clinical best practices. Under the Consultant Physician’s supervision, diagnose and treat patients, lead ward rounds, manage admissions/consultations, and ensure accurate documentation. Support quality and safety initiatives, audit and incident reporting, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings. Promote clinical research and publication, and contribute to the instruction, guidance, and supervision of junior medical staff, including rotating out-of-hours coverage.
