Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform essential functions of an Investor Analyst II, including accurate and timely investor reporting and remitting per servicing agreements.
  • •Interpret complex servicing and participation contracts to determine portfolio reporting and remittance requirements and respond to investor inquiries.
  • •Review, communicate, and set up new contracts in core systems (Strategy, Collection Account Setup, RECWEB, Trustee File Setup).
  • •Resolve servicing fee and validation exceptions; monitor and report Realized Losses, ARA, and ASERS.
  • •Provide advice, oversight, and assistance to management on risk issues; communicate with rating agencies, trustees, and investors; support training and special projects.

Salary: USD 63,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
  • •1+ years of investor reporting or related experience, with emphasis in loan servicing or commercial real estate reporting (preferred).
  • •Ability to interpret Pooling and Servicing Agreements (PSA), Sub-Servicing Agreements (SSA), Interim Servicing Agreements (ISA), Participation Agreements, and other third-party agreements.
  • •Ability to review, communicate, and set up new contracts in core systems including Strategy Investor Setup, Collection Account Setup, RECWEB Investor Summary/Calendar Setup, and Trustee File Setup.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis, including resolving servicing fee and other validation exceptions.
