Lead day-to-day customer service excellence by directing and coaching the department sales team on the shop floor. Analyze sales performance to drive targets, handle customer complaints, and maintain high grooming and professional standards. Ensure staff onboarding and department training, monitor stock levels and losses, and execute brand merchandising and visual guidelines while keeping housekeeping and company policy compliance.
