Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop mechanical designs for control panels, electrical enclosures, racks and hinges, overlay and integrated electromechanical systems for validation and manufacturing.
  • •Design and implement mechanical layouts, sheet metal structures, mounting systems, cable routing features, and serviceability features for industrial applications.
  • •Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, perform tolerance analysis (including GD&T), and produce design documentation for production release.
  • •Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and software engineers to ensure robust mechanical and electromechanical integration across systems.
  • •Support prototype builds, engineering bring-up, debugging, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and DFM/DFA improvements; assist with manufacturing transfer activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, enclosure development, electromechanical product development, or related R&D roles (control panel mechanical design preferred).
  • •Experience across concept design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing release, and production support.
  • •Experience with sheet metal design, enclosure systems, electromechanical integration, or industrial equipment development.
  • •Experience with mechanical designs for control panels and integrated electromechanical systems supporting engineering validation and manufacturing.
