Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, invoicing of payments and variations, and incorporate them into tender documents and agreements.
  • •Evaluate technical bids for compliance and provide clarifications to bidders as needed.
  • •Prepare portions of the Technical Evaluation Report and finalize relevant contract documents incorporating bulletins and received clarifications.
  • •Evaluate variation requests/claims and analyze cost submittals to produce counter-estimates and recommendations for management approval.
  • •Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects, coordinate with project control managers for procedural adherence, and ensure proper cost code charging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including 5 years in a similar role.
  • •ADNOC projects experience is mandatory.
  • •Experience working on offshore projects.
  • •Experience supporting cost estimation and cost control for FEED/PMC/EPC contracting and variations.
