Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve design for manufacturing and test (DFM/DFT) processes for PCBAs and wiring harnesses.
  • •Partner with supply chain on bills of materials (BOM), component sourcing, and component substitutions.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for system failures and production inefficiencies; implement corrective actions.
  • •Define and support compliance and reliability testing, including EMI, EMC, safety, and reliability.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain development processes for design release, lifecycle management, manufacturing team support, and engineering change orders; mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (or related) with at least 4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • •Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems such as Arena.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools including Altium (or similar) and developing/maintaining CAD design rules.
  • •Proven experience designing, prototyping, and debugging PCB/PCBA systems and interfacing with manufacturing during release/build.
  • •Familiarity with electronics lab tools and simulation tools such as LTSpice and PSpice.
