Service Delivery Manager - dnata Cargo, Emiratization

Lead dnata Cargo terminal operations on shift in Dubai to deliver safe, efficient, cost-effective service. Recommend and implement improvements to cargo operations standards, manage operational problem areas, and coordinate resources to meet customer SLAs. Oversee direct reports’ performance, develop staff through training needs analysis, and drive safety briefings and corrective actions. Manage service recovery for customer complaints and maintain stakeholder relationships across airport and cargo functions.
