Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-priority accounting projects supporting the Controller’s Group strategy and vision.
  • •Independently plan, design, manage, execute, and document project plans to ensure delivery.
  • •Identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to leadership.
  • •Tailor written and verbal communication for executive audiences and create presentation materials to support decisions.
  • •Facilitate consistent use of Agile methodology, present findings and recommendations, and coach/develop associates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (or a combination).
  • •At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of process improvement experience.
  • •Preferred: CPA license and/or PMP or Lean Six Sigma; plus 3+ years people management and Agile methodology experience.
