Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and HR stakeholders to design and implement performance & rewards models (fixed and variable pay) and associated analytics.
  • •Interface with stakeholders to diagnose business problems, develop methodologies, translate issues into hypotheses, and deliver experiments and actionable insights.
  • •Manage the P&R analytics team of data scientists and data analysts, including detailed pay scenario modeling and variable pay funding models.
  • •Rationalise large and complex datasets from different sources and develop scripts/libraries to join, rationalise, describe, and predict.
  • •Develop fixed pay models and pay ranges, support variable pay accrual/allocation processes, and deliver research with effective visualization and storytelling.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years of experience in a large matrixed organisation, ideally international.
  • •Proven track record of excellent people management.
  • •Ability to understand and manage large complex HR data sets, models, and analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; Python required, including Python modeling and compensation/pay review model development.
  • •Knowledge of contemporary visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) and techniques.
