Job Summary

Develop global partnerships across token projects and on-chain ecosystems. Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations with early-stage Web3 teams, manage end-to-end relationship execution, and drive ecosystem growth on X Layer through partner activations and deployments. Help launch new collaboration formats by partnering with Product, Operations, and Legal, maintaining due diligence and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

•Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with early-stage Web3 projects and RWA partners, owning end-to-end relationship and project management.
•Drive ecosystem growth on X Layer by building collaborations and overseeing partner deployments, including activation programs and campaigns.
•Contribute to exploring and launching new initiatives and collaboration formats, working with Product, Operations, and Legal to build processes.
•Maintain high standards of project quality, due diligence, and compliance awareness across engagements.
•Research and track competitor moves and global market trends across launch platforms and tokenization projects, translating insights into strategy and initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business development, launch/growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management within crypto and/or traditional finance.
•Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and execute high-stakes collaborations with global partners and stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, on-chain ecosystems, and market dynamics.
•Understanding of tokenization and the RWA space; direct RWA or tokenization experience is a strong plus.
•Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required, Cantonese a plus).
