  • •Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with early-stage Web3 projects and RWA partners, owning end-to-end relationship and project management.
  • •Drive ecosystem growth on X Layer by building collaborations and overseeing partner deployments, including activation programs and campaigns.
  • •Contribute to exploring and launching new initiatives and collaboration formats, working with Product, Operations, and Legal to build processes.
  • •Maintain high standards of project quality, due diligence, and compliance awareness across engagements.
  • •Research and track competitor moves and global market trends across launch platforms and tokenization projects, translating insights into strategy and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in business development, launch/growth platforms, venture investment, or partnership management within crypto and/or traditional finance.
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and execute high-stakes collaborations with global partners and stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of token economics, project evaluation, on-chain ecosystems, and market dynamics.
  • •Understanding of tokenization and the RWA space; direct RWA or tokenization experience is a strong plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required, Cantonese a plus).
