Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and improve manufacturing processes to meet Eaton Quality System, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.
  • •Create, edit, optimize, and control CNC machine programs.
  • •Provide on-floor process support to train operators and troubleshoot fabrication, assembly, measurement, and testing issues.
  • •Develop and maintain routers, PM plans, technique sheets, and PFMEAs to support safety, quality, and cost targets.
  • •Support special process and customer audits and collaborate with suppliers on tooling, fixtures, and testing solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) months of professional experience through internships, co-ops, or work in engineering or manufacturing roles.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • •Ability to access export-controlled information; must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Rumford, RI will be considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).
