Key Responsibilities

•Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
•Lead full-stack development using JAVA+ReactJS, translating business requirements into technical designs and code.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure designs meet specifications and project goals.
•Mentor and manage project teammates, handling estimation, scheduling, and delivery quality.
•Ensure compliance with lifecycle methodologies and maintain code quality through debugging and testing.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
•Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
•Experience with HTML 5/ CSS3
•Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
•Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools
