Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and authorise Hunter Class Frigate crew training products to ensure training design and development meets contracted requirements
  • •Ensure engineering decisions align with Company policy and FF ENG 3736 Engineering Framework during training design and development
  • •Assure support system engineering processes comply with BAE Systems Engineering Lifecycle, including identifying and managing technical risks
  • •Conduct independent reviews to maintain safety and integrity of engineering outputs and system designs
  • •Maintain support system design documentation using configuration management, change management, and traceability, and mentor delivery teams

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in an Education discipline
  • •Extensive training background in Defence training design and development
  • •Comprehensive understanding of SADL (or equivalent) and how it influences training design outcomes
  • •Defence background in Training Delivery and experience in structured Engineering Governance roles
  • •Strong communication skills and eligibility for Defence security clearance, including ITAR compliance eligibility
