•Build strategic relationships with Employee Benefit Consultants, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
•Develop new business enquiries while retaining and growing the existing portfolio.
•Provide tailored recommendations based on clients’ objectives, challenges, and employee benefit needs.
•Engage in consultative discussions with stakeholders to guide clients through complex decisions.
•Partner with Zurich teams (Commercial, underwriting, Group, Legal, Operations) to shape solutions and resolve complex issues.
