100x Marketer - Chief Marketing Officer

Own ClickUp’s entire brand marketing function end to end—building compounding marketing systems and applying ultra-high taste and judgment to review output. You’ll design AI agent-driven workflows for campaigns, content pipelines across formats, social and email/lifecycle programs, and enforce quality gates. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll leverage abundant company context to iterate fast, reject mediocre work, and continuously improve what ships.
