Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotions.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Help maintain cleanliness and recovery standards and support daily execution of retail operations.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques, while following asset protection policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
  • •Able to work a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
