Job Summary

Support a large-scale ERP transformation program by deploying change management initiatives and contributing to PMO activities. Help build and maintain program communications, create engagement content (including video), and support change events and stakeholder coordination. Assist with program planning, milestone tracking, knowledge management, dashboards, and materials for committees, working in an international, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the program communication plan by preparing and disseminating updates and maintaining collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, intranet).
•Create communication and engagement content, including design and editing of video materials and other digital assets.
•Support and coordinate change-related events (workshops, information sessions, roadshows, kick-off events) and manage stakeholder coordination.
•Contribute to PMO support activities such as program planning, milestone tracking, knowledge management, and creating a source of truth for documentation.
•Update project dashboards (progress, risks, action plans) and support materials preparation for project and steering committees, including follow-up on actions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Be a student enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bachelor +4 / Master level).
•Strong interest in change management, digital transformation, and project management.
•Be comfortable with content creation, particularly video (video editing tools are a plus).
•Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Be well-organized, proactive, and able to work in a structured, multi-stakeholder environment.
