Job Summary

Own billing inquiries end to end, overseeing billing status, investigating discrepancies, validating refunds, and generating accurate invoices. Analyze billing documents for completeness, support month-end close cut-offs, run audits and reconciliations, and maintain SOX-compliant documentation. Collaborate with Sales, CS, Accounts Management, and Order Management to resolve issues, handle chargebacks, cancellations, and enterprise billing, and provide timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for billing-related inquiries, handling billing and processing charges, refunds validation, and outstanding billing items
•Oversee the billing cycle by researching billing inconsistencies, managing month-end close cut-offs, and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing
•Run audits and billing reconciliations, identify root causes of discrepancies, and drive corrective actions across teams
•Handle card and ACH chargebacks end-to-end, and manage cancellations and early terminations with accurate billing adjustments
•Support enterprise billing by reviewing complex contracts, validating pricing and terms, coordinating invoicing schedules, and maintaining SOX-compliant documentation and audit trails

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in a billing or billing-related role
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
•Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and solve problems quickly
•Expertise with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Google Sheets
•Familiarity with billing systems such as Zuora and/or Salesforce.com is a plus; BA/BS in accounting or finance is a plus
