Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transformation of crew planning, rostering, and tracking capabilities and deliver data enablement for workforce planning.
  • •Provide single point of accountability across the technology lifecycle (Plan, Build, Run) for assigned business capabilities, products, and underlying technology components.
  • •Develop and drive roadmaps that underpin the airline operations technology strategy and its 5-year plan.
  • •Provide counsel to senior stakeholders and ensure alignment between technology capabilities and business strategies.
  • •Be accountable for customer product-led operating model outcomes, including management of suppliers for multiple technology applications.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years’ experience as a senior IT business partner and/or IT manager with end-to-end accountability across application delivery, implementation, and run for a portfolio of business-facing operational applications.
  • •Experience within Airline Operations (preferred).
  • •Experience modernising complex legacy platforms in critical sectors such as airlines, defence, or healthcare (preferred).
  • •Expert stakeholder management across business and technical functions, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • •Strong commercial and supplier management skills with the ability to deliver product outcomes aligned with technology strategy.
