Flight Engineering Manager

Lead flight engineering efforts for Boeing’s Space Launch System (SLS) Rocket Propulsion Team, managing employees and overseeing propulsion-related technical activities. Drive project and process planning, resource acquisition, supplier management, and process improvements while ensuring technical oversight of approaches, products, and processes. Own project/program cost accounts and strengthen relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
