Quality Assurance Manager

Lead and mentor QA engineers and specialists while driving performance improvement initiatives and serving as the primary interface for internal and external audits and appraisals. Support implementation of operating practices and procedures aligned to objectives and customer needs, and analyze/report key business metrics. Coordinate operating committees, manage change management for critical systems, contribute to risk-mitigating special projects, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
